Drive circuit for a rail vehicle

1998
Driving circuit for a rail vehicle having a plurality, between a contact wire / current collector system (1) and a wheel / rail system (2) via at least one inductor (4) connected in series, the first partial converter systems (6.1, ..., 6.n) wherein each of the first partial converter system comprises at least one primary-side four-quadrant controller (7), a primary-side DC voltage intermediate circuit (8), at least one primary-side inverter (10), at least one transformer (12) and at least one secondary-side four-quadrant controller (14) and said secondary side parallel-connected second partial converter systems (17.1, ..., 17.m) form a common secondary-side DC voltage intermediate circuit (15), characterized in that the secondary-side DC voltage intermediate circuit (15) having a start-up circuit (23) is connected and that the feeding of the primary-side control system including the drive devices for the semiconductor switches of the prim occurs rseitigen four-quadrant controller (7) via the respective primary-side DC voltage intermediate circuit (8) or of the alternating voltages of the respective primary-side inverter (10) or from the primary-side alternating voltages of the respective transformers (12).
