Os cuidados de Enfermagem na Síndrome de Stevens Johnson /Necrólise Epidérmica Tóxica: Um Relato de Caso.

The present report describes the case of a pediatric patient with Steven Johnson Syndrome (SSJ) / Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (NET). The aim of this report is to describe the case of a pediatric patient with SSJ / NET, discuss clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. In addition to suggest a proposal for nursing diagnoses and nursing interventions based on the main problems. It concludes that the immunoglobulin was effective in treatment and the nursing care implementation can be considered an essential part in the addressing of SSJ / NET.
