The Development of Energy-saving Reactive Dyes

The importance of researching energy-saving reactive dyes was reviewed.Emphasis was laid on development of reactive dyes used for cold pad-batch dyeing、small liquor ratio dyeing and a one-bath process for dyeing polyester/cotton mixture fabric and high fixation reactive dyes;The purpose of energy-saving and ejection-decreasing was accomplished by rasing alkali fastness,deep dyeing,solubility and fixation of reactive dyes.
