Designing the ubiquitous information society based on an approach of trans-disciplinary science and technology

2004
We in the systems sub-theme in the Yaoyorozu project is working to develop methodologies mainly based on computer models integrating multiple disciplinary knowledge for designing a ubiquitous information society. Scenario models for possible future quadrants are developed for fostering socio-economic discussions and in-depth understandings among other teams with respective disciplines. A multi-agent simulation model and a trust transition model are also developed for deductive evaluation of human behavior triggered by ubiquitous information services. This paper summarizes the future scenarios and related technologies that we are developing.
