Dataset for: ‘The role of trade in the greenhouse gas footprints of EU diets’ ” Here’s a brief description of the data (Hugo feel free to modify if needed): This dataset provides data from the article ‘The role of trade in the greenhouse gas footprints of EU diets’ (Sandstrom et al., 2018). It includes data used in the plotting of the figures 2-4 presenting the production- and trade related dietary greenhouse gas emissions of the average diets in the EU countries by emission source (figure 2), by food item groups (figure 3a), by production regions (figure 3b), by per capita animal product supply (fig 4a) and by the percentage of outsourced emissions outside the EU (fig 4b).
