Abaxial Mie Scattering Lidar and its geometric overlap factor calculating

A coaxial Mie Scattering Lidar working with immediate detection is introduced.It is used to measure the atmospheric aerosols.The principle and the structure of this system are illustrated.Lidar geometric overlap factor of coaxial transmitter-receiver systems is described.Theoretical methed and experimental ones for calculating geometric overlap factor are presented.
