대형 견인 트럭의 최대 인양 하중에 대한 연구

2004
A large-sized tow truck is the special vehicle having the components such as a hook, boom, derrick cylinders, post structure, and outriggers, and the truck is developed for the urgent traction and lifting of heavy loads. So it is very important to determine the safe loads to prevent tipping of a large-sized tow truck in an early design. In this paper, a method to estimate the maximum lifting capacity of a large-sized tow truck is presented using the multibody dynamics approach. Tipping simulations are performed in thc various conditions to investigate when tipping occurs. The criterion of tipping is as follows; if one of the reaction forces coming from the ground to outriggers becomes zero, tipping occurs, The parameters, which have an influence on the maximum lifting capacity of a large-sized tow truck, are the boom length and angle, the swing angle of post structure, the layout of outriggers, and the inertia properties of components. This parameter study shows that the width of front outriggers affects mainly the maximum lifting capacity of a large-sized tow truck.
