The application of the patient-centric KTQ management system on the prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019

Benefiting from the conceptual changes brought from the KTQ demonstration, the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University adopted the PDCA management methods of the KTQ quality certification system standard for the prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This paper introduced the standardized management measures of the hospital, and provided a periodical summary, in order to share the experience with other medical units.
