Programmed system for monitoring the manufacturing process in production of polyacrylonitrile fibres

The structural scheme of the manufacturing process developed here allows monitoring and then analyzing its parameters. Use of monitoring, which realizes the structure of the data base and an adequate structural scheme of the manufacturing process, allows effectively fulfilling it and analyzing these data. The effectiveness was tested on the example of manufacture of polyacrylonitrile fibres. Examples of an analysis of the dependences between the parameters of the manufacturing process are shown and the manipulated variables based on them are proposed.
