The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle video geographic space information registering method, and belongs to the technical field of remote sensing geographic information. The method includes the steps of firstly, making an unmanned aerial vehicle carry an imaging device and a POS, conducting strict geometrical calibration on the imaging device, conducting space datum conversion and system error compensation on position posture data obtained by the POS on the basis of the relative geometrical relation between the POS and the imaging device on the unmanned aerial machine so that the position posture data can be converted into exterior orientation elements of video data, combining the geometrical calibration parameters of the imaging device with the exterior orientation elements of the video data, and endowing each frame of video image with accurate interior and exterior orientation elements so that the geographic space information registration of the video data can be completed. The posture information collected by the POS and the video data obtained through shooting of the imaging device are fused, each frame of image for video sequential imaging is converted into a dynamic image product with a quantitative geographic space information mark under the label of measurement parameters of the POS, and the surveying and mapping guarantee requirements under emergency conditions are met.
