The results of analysis of fatty acid composition in seeds and aril (arillus) oils of Euonymus japonica Thunb. introduced to Khudjand Botanical Garden of the Republic of Tajikistan are given. Is established that for the euonymus as for other oil-bearing crops, there are saturated palmitic and three unsaturated oleinic, linoleic and linolenic fatty acids. The basic fatty acid containing in oil seeds and aril parts of seeds is oleinic acid, accounted for 48.3% and 47.2% accordingly.
