KHJ Journey continues

2016
Little by little, step by step!! Here we are with yet another vibrant 6 th edition of KHJ (Vol 1 & 2), the multi-indexed, international Cardiology Journal published from Kerala, on behalf of CSI Kerala Chapter. The zest of CSIK to come out with a supreme quality Cardiology journal continues. A perceptible transformation is happening to KHJ as we receive more articles from across the globe. Yes, We are definitely marching forwards, slow it may seem, but little by little, step by step. "If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way."  Napoleon Hill You don't need to have an enormous study or a rarest of the rare case report to compose an article. In India we have abundant clinical material around us, untapped, novel to the Western world. If our eminent clinicians try to summarise what they see in their daily practice, it can become stunning clinical vignettes for young practitioners from all parts of the world. They could become a beacon for generations to come. If we don't have time for a vast study, we may still conduct a small study, and do it sincerely and meticulously ... which may be in fact more interesting and better appreciated. It is worthful to remember that ... “Do small things with great love" Mother Theresa In India, cardiology practitioners are cramped for time, and to do a research activity you need to tread that extra mile. It's reassuring that a few of our colleagues are finding time for such activities, amidst their busy schedules and we appreciate their fervour for research. This edition, we are fortunate to have four unique, clinically relevant research publications. We hope our readers find this edition of KHJ interesting and helpful in their day to day practice. I thank my editorial colleagues Dr Varghese George (Associate Editor, Pushpagiri Medical College, Thiruvalla), Prof. Johnson Francis (Executive editor, BMH, Calicut) for their continuous support and guidance. I solicit continuation of support from the authors who have already published manuscripts in KHJ.I acknowledge the support from CSI Kerala Chapter and office bearers, Mr Aneesh Lawrence, Inspirations Publishers-Calicut, and Mr Rajeesh Calicut.
