Rare Earth Separation Process Waste Water Comprehensive Utilization Research

2010
The rare earth separation process produces the ammonia waste water uses in the rare earth in-situ soaking the ore, other waste water conversion in rare earth separation process,re-use of.the use of waste water valuable component,to reduce the production of chemical material consumption,to reduce the amount of wastewater treatment, after the comprehensive utilization the waste water reduces row of 50.07%,emission reduction ammonia,1.6 tons/year,emission reduction COD 12.2 tons/year,waste water treatment costs from the comprehensive utilization of the first 8~10 yuan/m3 fell to 6~8 yuan/m3.
