Противовоспалительная активность полифенольных комплексов клеточных культур дальневосточных растений

In this study the probable anti-inflammatory activity of polyphenol complexes from callus cultures of far-eastern plants on carrageenan-induced paw oedema in rats was evaluated. Inhibitory influence of Indian madder, Eritrichium sericeum phytocomplexes in dosage 100 mgkg and gromwell redroot phytocomplex in dosage 250 mgkg on development of paw oedema has been determined during their intragastric pre-treatment in rats. Various dynamics of anti-inflammatory activity of phytocomplexes is defined by distinctions in chemical compound of polyphenols of studied plants.
