The first-aid repair server is also connected with a power grid GIS system and a first-aid repair vehicle GPRS device. The first-aid repair vehicle GPRS device enables the real-time geographic position information of a first-aid repair vehicle to the first-aid repair server. The first-aid repair server is also connected with a weather server and a road condition server. The first-aid repair server is used for obtaining all first-aid repair paths from the real-time geographic position information of the first-aid repair vehicle to a fault position according to the fault positioning information and the real-time geographic position information of the first-aid repair vehicle, and then screening out the optimal first-aid repair path from the first-aid repair paths according to the weather information, the road condition information and the data of the power grid GIS system, and displaying the optimal first-aid repair path on a GIS map of the power grid GIS system.
