Реамберин для коррекции антиоксидантного статуса у пациентов с черепно-мозговой травмой

It was studied the antioxidant activity of reamberin in patients with traumatic brain injury: 26 patients with standard therapy received the drug reamberin (Polysan, St. Petersburg, Russia) intravenously 400 ml of the solution for infusion of 1.5 % at a rate of 90 drops/min (1 – 4.5 ml/min) 1 times a day for 7 days; 20 patients (control group) received only standard therapy. Antioxidant activity was evaluated by the content of lipid hydroperoxides, conjugated dienes, malonic dialdehyde and activity of the major components of the antioxidant system (ceruloplasmin, vitamin E, catalase) in blood of patients. Supplementing the standard therapy of moderate traumatic brain injury with reamberin significantly increases the ceruloplasmin content by 17 %, reduces the concentration of malonic dialdehyde by 11 % and the leukocyte index of intoxication by 24 % in comparison with patients of the control group, p ≤ 0.05.
