Study on spectral response and temperature effect of optoelectronic devices

The Single Photon Electron spectrum (SPE) and Quantum Efficiency (QE) of PMT and the influence of SiPM Multiphoton Electron spectrum (MPE) may be easily affected by the variation of temperature. So these performances were tested within the temperature from -40 to +20. The effects of infrared and ultraviolet light on the single photon states of different types of double bi-alkali photocathode PMTs were also studied.
