Through making a rational hoisting method and a hoisting sequence, a stability problem in a steel column construction process is solved. Original four measuring datum marks of a main building are converted to a lower segment of the steel column, and an upper segment of the steel column is measured. Thus, main building steel structure measurement control requirements are satisfied, and bent frame template construction of a civil structure is not influenced. A tubular pillar making control measure is made in a targeted manner, and field measurement control points are selected, and the steel frame of the main building is welded strictly according to a welding sequence, so as to ensure installation precision of the structural construction.
