Notch1是参与调控细胞分化的重要分子,其表达异常与许多肿瘤的转移密切相关.在乳腺癌发展过程中,Notch1分子可能通过增强乳腺癌干细胞迁徙活性促进其转移,如果证实这一机制,对于研制靶向于乳腺癌干细胞Notch1分子的药物,阻断其转移有重要意义。
