Sensor-free flow rate measuring method and measuring device for ventricular assisting device

2016
The invention provides a sensor-free flow rate measuring method and measuring device for a ventricular assisting device, and belongs to the field of medical appliances. The method and the device are used for solving the problems of great height, high power consumption and measurement invasiveness of the existing direct measuring method and the problems of calculation complexity and realization difficulty of the existing indirect measuring method. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of measuring the red blood cell hematocrit of an object to be measured through blood drawing; the current blood viscosity value of the object to be measured is calculated according to the red blood cell hematocrit; the first coefficient a, the second coefficient b and the third coefficient c corresponding to the viscosity value are called according to the current blood viscosity value of the object to be measured; the voltage U, the current I and the rotor rotating speed omega of the ventricular assist device at present are collected; and the flow rate Q of the ventricular assist device at present is calculated according to a formula shown as the accompanying drawing. According to the measuring scheme, the implantation of a sensor in the human body is not needed; the operation is simple; the correction is convenient; and the measurement real-time performance is good.
