The invention discloses a spiral submerged-arc welding tube procedure qualification method. The method includes the following steps that a tubular product section is rotated in the circumferential direction and moved transversely in the axis direction of the tubular product section, and spiral line motion is combined by circumferential rotation and transverse moving in the axis direction; a welding gun performs multi-freedom-degree multi-wire submerged arc internal and external welding on a spiral line of the tubular product section; by the adoption of a laser tracking system, a digitized welding power source system, a welding parameter real-time collecting and recording system and an alternating-current servo drive system, welding positions, welding parameters, groove sizes and weld pass features of weld joints are detected and recorded in real time to achieve spiral submerged-arc welding tube procedure qualification.
