There exist shortcomings in the traditional teaching of nutrition and food hygiene. Therefore problem-based learning wag carried out in the teaching of nutrition and food hygiene and good resuits were gotten.The teaching promoted the transition of educational concept and the development and construction of nutrition and food hygiene subject.
