Endoscopy and ERCP in the setting of previous upper GI tract surgery. Part II: Postsurgical anatomy with alteration of the pancreaticobiliary tree
2002
Part I of this review in the previous issue of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy considered surgical procedures in which the main duodenal papilla remained intact but the anatomy was changed in such a way that the endoscopic route to the papilla was altered. Part II is a discussion of surgical operations in which the changes in the GI anatomy include reanastomosis of the biliary tree with or without pancreatic duct reanastomosis.
