ADN organizacional para la calidad de servicio en las universidades de gestión pública colombianas

This research work is focused on organizational DNA, whose organizational structure focuses on four basic construction mechanisms: decision making, information flow, structure and motivation, allowing the study of organizational behavior in order to obtain quality of service. In this sense, the objective of this article is to describe the organizational DNA for quality of service in Colombian public management universities. In this way a descriptive study is used based on the review of the literature on the variables under study. The representative findings are: DNA allows diagnosing problems, discovering opportunities, detecting weaknesses, assessing strengths and taking corrective actions that favor the organizational behavior of higher education institutions in order to improve their quality of service. It is concluded that the Colombian public management universities have the responsibility to transform from their interior towards society with a sense of social commitment, based on justice, in the decision making of their actors, in accordance with the social context, to determine the quality of the services offered by the organization.
