PURPOSE: To make a polymer-coated precast concrete insensitive to particles of dust and soot and to prevent damage due to weathering. CONSTITUTION: The concrete comprises a 0.1-10 wt.% monomer of the formula (R 1-2 is -H, C 1-4 is alkyl, R 3 is a bridge of C 1-20 ; R 4 is -C(O)R 5 , -CO(O)OR 6 , -CN; R 5 is -H,-C(O)R 9 ,-CO(O)OR 9 , -CN; X is -O-, -NR 7 -; Z is single crystal, -CH 2 , -O-, -NR 8 , -O-C(O)-; R 6-9 is -H, alkyl, aryl, alkaryl or aralkyl of up to 12 carbons), 85-99.9 wt.% at least two monomers selected out of ester (meta) acrylate, vinyl ester of carboxylic acids containing up to 20 carbons, 85-99.9 wt.% non-aromatic hydrocarbons containing from 2 to 8 carbons, 0-10 wt.% other copolymerizable thin-free monometers, and the precast concrete is coated with a copolymer with glass dislocation temperature of -25-+35°C.
