L’odontoiatra: una nuova risorsa professionale nel rilevamento delle condizioni di abuso - Interest of this article is to awaken the operators who are responsible for the abuse theme to the minors, with regard to the potential importance of the role of the dentist. Abuse victims and/or violence witnesses have been compared with a group drawn by the general population to verify various dental health indexes. Work results reveal that the "abused group" has more signs of neglected dental pathology and smaller cooperation during the dental control.
