The reception of the actio Pauliana in Scots law

This chapter discusses the process by which the ius commune rule which allows creditors of an insolvent debtor to set aside transfers and other grants by that debtor. In particular the article addresses the relationship between the Bankruptcy Act 1621 and the common law in this area.
