One polyol complex oxide material and an industrial production process, a lithium ion battery positive electrode material. The polyhydric material is a composite oxide of lithium nickel cobalt manganese zirconium oxide polyol. The nickel salt and a soluble cobalt salt solution A1 dubbed, soluble manganese salt and a zirconium salt solution dubbed A2, A1 and A2 for the first time the solution was slurried to obtain a solution A, complexing agent and precipitating agent is added to the stirred solution A , adjusted to pH 10.5 to 12.0, and gradually precipitated intermediate B; B through the intermediate washed to remove remaining on the intermediate anion; mixing with a lithium salt of intermediate B, C to obtain a precursor; C decomposition of the precursor oxide to give a powder of D, and then formulated into the tank, into the organic phase, the slurry is pumped to an intermediate tank beat, warmed to 50 ~ 90 ℃, after stirring, overflowing disguised E, and then transfer to a plate after the heat treatment, to obtain two powder F, and then addition of the surface additive, sintering after mixing, to obtain multiple composite oxide material.
