Compound of formula: in which: R1 represents a substituted phenyl group of formula: R2 represents a group selected from: CH2-R7, (CH2) 2-R7, S-CH2-R7, CH2-S-R7, (C5- C8) alkyl; R3 represents i) an indole-2-yl of formula: ii) pyrrolo-pyridyl of formula: wherein one of X1, X2, X3, X4 is N, the others represent CR14; R4 represents hydrogen or methoxy group, R5 represents hydrogen, or a methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, methoxy, ethoxy or halogen, R6 represents hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, methoxy or halogen; or R5 and R6 taken together represent a methylenedioxy group, provided that R4, R5, R6 substituents are not simultaneously hydrogen, R7 represents a cycloalkyl group (C5-C7) unsubstituted or substituted by one or two methyls; R8 represents a (CH2) NR15 or a group: R9 represents hydrogen or a methyl group, R10, R11, R12, R13 are each independently hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, hydroxy, acetyloxy, methoxy, ethoxy, methylthio, trifluoromethyl, amino or halogen; R14 represents hydrogen or a methoxy group, R15 represents a COOH group or a COOR 16 group; R16 represents a (C1-C4) alkyl; n = 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5; m = 0, 1; as well as salts or solvates thereof.
