A forced-air self-cleaning system for a Wiley-type mill

A forced-air self-cleaning system was designed and installed on a Wiley-type laboratory mill. This system reduces the time required to grind a forage sample by 30%. In addition, this forced-air self-cleaning system allows the operator to remove the facial mask by reducing dust and improving air quality and diminishing health risks.
