Kompetence zdravotnického záchranáře v posádce rychlé zdravotnické pomoci

I have chosen for my bachelor´s thesis the topic: Paramedic Competencies in the Rapid Response Crew. I dealt with the history, establishment and structure of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Vysocina and Pardubice regions. Further I described paramedic competencies in the rapid response crew, I dealt with legislation related to this issue and I presented opinions of medical and non-medical health professionals concerning paramedic competencies.
