Technology for an Efficient Delivery System.

Abstract : Evolutions in video and computer technology are occurring that may provide more cost- and training-effectiveness than traditional audio visual media. The purpose of the study was to determine the feasibility, specifications, and costs of using such technology for advanced instructional delivery systems. (Author)
