Non-cooperative Target Imaging based on Joint CSI-ISAR method
2018
Moving targets appear blurred and misplaced in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images due to the uncompensated target motion. The aim of this work is to combine clutter suppression interference (CSI) and ISAR processing in order to obtain well focused images of non-cooperative moving targets. In this work, the scheme consists of two main processing steps. The first step accomplishes clutter mitigation by exploiting CSI. The second step performs ISAR processing to obtain well-focused images of non-cooperative moving targets. Simulation as well as real data results prove the effectiveness of the processing chain.
