The present invention relates to strain gauge sensor technology, especially the strain sensor and a manufacturing method for mechanically conditioning range. The strain sensor consists of a strain of the transfer bar, the metering chamber, four strain gages, the fixed end of the base end of the base and adjustable composition. Measuring the groove, respectively, under a strain gauge affixed to the axial and lateral surfaces, which two strain gauges are symmetrical to the axis of the metering chamber, this attaching method can effectively suppress the vertical direction, the transverse stress caused by interference. The metering chamber and the transfer bar strain technical parameters, determined by varying the ratio of cross-sectional area and the ratio of the metering chamber and the transfer bar strain measuring strain groove and the transfer bar length can be amplified from the strain measured object and mechanically narrow range to match the strain gage. It can effectively solve the problem of large deformation strain measuring small objects and object deformation.
