Method for treating phosphorus concentrates and recovering phosphorus by using phosphogypsum slag dump pool water

2013
The invention discloses a method for treating phosphorus concentrates and recovering phosphorus by using phosphogypsum slag dump pool water. The method comprises the following steps of: adding the phosphogypsum slag dump pool water and the phosphorus concentrates into a reaction tank according to the mass ratio of (1.5-5):1 to carry out a demagging reaction; after the demagging reaction is ended, adding lime milk into the reaction slurry to carry out a phosphorus precipitation reaction; carrying out solid-liquid separation on the slurry obtained after the precipitation reaction is ended, wherein a solid phase obtained through separation is a mixture of the phosphorus concentrates and phosphorus precipitation residues and is used for preparing phosphoric acid by a wet process, and a liquid phase obtained through separation is delivered to a wastewater treatment device so as to be treated. The method has the characteristics of simple process, easiness for operating the reactions, capability of removing magnesium oxide in the phosphorus concentrates and recovering the phosphorus resource and good economical efficiency, and provides an effective approach for treating magnesium-contained phosphorus concentrates.
