The device comprises an interface unit, a man-machine interaction unit, a RFID information resolving unit, a RFID identification unit and a RFID-Pad integration reading and writing unit which works on the Pad. By utilizing the device, Pad equipment is enabled to have a function of identifying the RFID electronic tags. The device and the implementation method thereof for identifying the RFID electronic tags based on the Pad have the advantages that the integration of the Pad equipment and RFID reading and writing equipment is achieved, the development of a RFID electronic tag identifying function based on the Pad equipment is simplified, and by means of the device, the Pad equipment is enabled to have the function of identifying the RFID electronic tags.
