The article proves the dependence of the unity principle of general and special training of young weightlifters needed for balanced interaction of energy and information components of vegetative maintenance of muscular activity. Application of the moderate weights with reduced intervals of rest between approaches improves the peripheral mechanisms of muscular force. In cases of insufficiency of the weightlifter means for training application of running means for general physical preparation, or, psychophysical training is justified.
