견비통 환자에 대한 사암침법 삼초정격 치험례

Objective : The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of SAAM acupuncture therapy on shoulder pain which is related to Tripple Energizer Meridian. Methods : The patient was treated with SAAM acupuncture (Samchojeonggyuk) added with LI11, once a day for 15 minutes for 6 days. The effectiveness was evaluated by measuring the change of shoulder range of motion (ROM). Results : After performing the treatment for 6days, the patient’s pain was effectively relieved and shoulder ROM was significantly improved. Conclusions : SAAM acupuncture therapy (Samchojeonggyuk), for shoulder pain which is related to Tripple Energizer Meridian, has significant effects on relieving the symptoms and recovering ROM of shoulder joint.
