The Trend and Existing Problems of Exclusive Enrollment with Full Autonomy for Higher Vocational Colleges

For National Exemplary Vocational Colleges,exclusive enrollment with full autonomy is a significant way to deepen the reform of higher education enrollment,as well as an exploration for high-skilled talents screening and training.Since the first experiment of exclusive enrollment with full autonomy in 2007,the number of experimental colleges has been growing year by year.This paper analyzes the trend,screening scheme and existing problems of exclusive enrollment with autonomy and propose reasonable suggestion.
