CRA status of women column

She has been active in establishing and participating in a . number of progressive and far-reachin g mentoring programs at UC Irvine and offers a unique perspective on the Irvine experience . Dr. Sandra Johnson Baylor is a research staff member at the IBM Thomas J . Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY .
