Buying behavior in Ireland's public sector

Abstract While conceptually somewhat similar to consumer buying behavior, public sector industrial buying is concerned with a number of additional dimensions which are discussed below. In this study, industrial buying is examined from the perspective of the government or public sector buying departments in Ireland.
