Management handover failure

A method implemented in a transmission unit wireless reception, WTRU (20) for wireless communications between the WTRU (20) and an evolved node B, eNB (30) target, the method characterized by: detecting a communications failure, where the communications failure is a handover failure; and transmitting a WTRU identity and identity of the source cell to the target eNB (30) in response to detected communication failure.
