Design and Experiments of 4HZB-2A Peanut Picker

This paper introduces whole structure,working process and special point of 4HZB-2A peanut picker,And Elaborates on its important parts such as export,bended seeding pole,transportation device and a pair of rollers.The results of test shows that the optimum parameters are: 330r/min for picking rollers rotate speed,0.55m/s for clamping chain,251mm for picking rollers.The test proves that 4HZB-2A peanut picker processing reliably,working smoothly,have high productivity and high harvesting quality.All of this indicates 4HZB-2A peanut picker will has a broad market prospects.
