A 300MHz 16bit Programmable Video Signal Processor ULSI for a Single Chip Teleconferencing Systems

1993
A 300MHz 16bit 0.5?m BiCMOS Video Signal Processor (VSP) has been developed. The VSP is sufficient in itself for encoding full-CIF data at 30 frames/second. Clock frequency and coding capability are improved by factors of 1.2 and more than 2, respectively over those for a 250MHz VSP developed in 1991 [1].
