of colloidal solutions formulation based on titanium oxide for coating and printing processes: improving the performance and life span of the organic photovoltaic cells pin-nip

2011
The invention relates to a process for preparing a colloidal solution of nanoparticles comprising (a) dissolving a titania precursor called "precursor" in said one or more solvents "solvent precursor", and (b ) the chemical conversion, preferably by hydrolysis of said titanium oxide precursor and said solvent precursor to a solvent colloidal solution to form titanium oxide nanoparticles dispersed in the solvent colloidal solution, said colloidal solution having a dynamic viscosity of between 4 and 54 cP at 20 ° C and 101 325 Pa. The invention also relates to a colloidal solution of titania nanoparticles comprising a dispersion of titanium oxide nanoparticles in a solvent or solvent system which the viscosity is between 4 and 54 cP, in particular obtainable according to the process of the invention and its uses, in particular for the preparation of photovoltaic cells. The invention also relates to a method for producing energy using a semiconductor prepared from this solution.
