Transformer iron core ground wire broadband partial discharge detector

2012
The invention relates to a transformer iron core ground wire broadband partial discharge detector, which is characterized in that a cross-core foldable broadband pulse current sensor (1) is embedded in a ground wire of a transformer, a partial discharge signal of the transformer can be obtained, and is led out through 75 ohm double shield signal coaxial cable (2), is sent to an amplifier in (3) for amplification, is passed through a filter for filtering to obtain the signal, the signal is sent to an oscilloscope (4) through a transmission line; the signal collected by a disc type antenna (7) is performed amplification and filtering through a power frequency signal amplifier and the filter (8) to obtain the signal and sent into the oscilloscope (4) for taking as a reference phase signal. After the signal collection is completed by the oscilloscope, the signal is transmitted into a notebook computer (6), and is stored and analyzed by the computer, the severe degree of the internal discharge of the transformer is determined for determining whether the maintenance with stopping the power is carried out or not. The transformer iron core ground wire broadband partial discharge detector has the advantages of simple operation, simple structure, small volume and low cost.
