THE SIMULATION OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL THONGS'WORKING. REQUIREMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, ANALYSIS MODEL (II)

This paper sets out, starting from the simulation of multidimensional thongs' work, the requirements and restrictions for the operation phases and makes the analysis model of the working situations by validating the solutions imposed on the basis of a calculus algorithm. The proposed model of analysis allowed the constructive improvement of tongs' elements with the purpose of realizing the work condition at the specified parameters (the torsion moment barred according to the diameter of the tubular material). The simulation of the multidimensional tongs' work on the basis of the proposed analysis model eliminated a series of expensive experimental tests.
