A possibilidade da aplicação da qualificadora feminicídio aos transexuais com fundamento na Lei nº. 6.015/1973

The present work had as OBJECTIVE: To analyze the possibility of crime of committed homicide against transsexual women being classified as a feminicide aggravator. METHOD: A qualitative approach was used for its development, focusing on the character of the question under analysis with exploratory research level. As for data collection, bibliographic research and a documentary research were used to identify the judgments and laws to delineate their rights. CONCLUSION: In the end, the hypothesis of this study is confirmed, by which it is possible to use the feminicide aggravator to transsexual women according to the legal and psychological criteria, and emphasizing the Law No. 6.015 / 73 and ADI 4275 STF.
