Practice of technical conversion of the cleaningprocess at Xuehu Coal Preparation Plant

Problem confronted at Xuehu Coal Preparation Plant were the inferior efficiency of coarse slime separation and classification,leading to serious lost of coarse slime;by use of the composite technology of "three-product cyclone classification screen+teetering bed separator+Deruike high-frequency fine screen",the coal slime system was technically renovated;thus,the coarse slime high-efficiently classified and separated realized,followed by a good condition of particle size and pulp density provided for successive process;thus,decreased were consumption of reagent,medium and energy.
