Power BI como solución tecnológica para la gestión de la información en el proceso de Liberaciones de Vacantes en Gestión Humana de Claro Colombia

In this research we wanted to answer the question How does a technological tool contribute to the processes of information management in control and feedback, to improve decision-making regarding vacancy releases in Claro Colombia? To answer this question, the two areas responsible for developing and managing the process under analysis, were engaged, which are: the Human Management Support and Operation Coordination and the Business Partners. The technology tool selected was Power BI, which sought to contribute to the management of vacancy release information and to provide control and feedback for decision-making in that task. In order to achieve the above, it began with the execution of a survey to the areas involved, to know the satisfaction with the management of information in the releases, and depending on the results, organize some meetings between the areas to create a dashboard in Power BI, which shows in an orderly and specific way, the information of the releases. This could benefit Business Partners in the decision-making aspect of the process, or the demands of high management. As the results of the survey showed a nonconformity among respondents, it was decided to proceed with the implementation of the Power BI proposal.
